Easy, Peasy Valentine’s Day Dinner for You and Your Sweetie
Well, it is happening again. Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! I don’t know about you, but although I love a fancy dinner at a gorgeous restaurant, I just don’t want to on big “occaision” days like Valentine’s Day.
1. There are just too many people and crowds just don’t say romance to me!
2. Because of all those people, I’m not sure you are getting a restaurant’s best. They are just trying to survive the day and many times the food and service aren’t up to their normal standards.
Which is why I LOVE to have a special dinner at home on special occaisions. However, I want to enjoy the evening too. So, while it needs to look and feel impressive and special its also needs to be simple and easy to make. This menu hits all those notes! Easy to make, easy clean up and looks impressive and special at the same time.
